Returns & Refunds
All items are custom made-to-order. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except for defective or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it free of charge. No refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, color variations, or change of mind.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
According to EU consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
All products sold on Fearless Legends are custom, made-to-order items (print-on-demand apparel, posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.) that are manufactured specifically for you after you place your order, Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost as soon as production begins, which normally happens within a few hours of your order.
By placing an order, you expressly agree and request that we begin production immediately so you receive your item as quickly as possible. This waives your right to cancel once production has started.
Exceptions – When we WILL replace or refund
Even though the legal right of withdrawal does not apply, we still want you to be happy with your purchase. We therefore offer the following goodwill guarantee:
- Defective, damaged or incorrectly printed items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/production error that is clearly our fault, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
- Wrong item shipped If you receive a completely different product or design than what you ordered, we will send the correct item or refund you in full.
How to make a claim You must notify us within 14 days of delivery (this is longer than required by law for defective goods to make it customer-friendly) by emailing Fearlesslegendsx@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Claims for non-conformity under the EU legal guarantee (2 years from delivery) are still possible if the defect was present at the time of delivery.
What is NOT eligible for return or refund
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
- Choosing the wrong size, colour or variant (please double-check our size guides and mock-ups)
- Minor colour differences between your screen and the final printed product
- Mistakes in customer-uploaded designs (typos, low resolution, etc.)
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
